Due to the terrible weather forecast we have cancelled the “Work Morning” scheduled for tomorrow. Todays Roll Up did not go ahead as it was raining, so it gave the 6 of us there a chance to put away most of the equipment. This means there is no volunteers are now required for tomorrow but thank you anyway.

With todays bowling event cancelled this now means that sadly “Our Green” is closed and our very unusual outdoor bowling season has finished! (It will be top dressed this coming week). A massive thank you to ALL of you who have played and supported us through these difficult times. Naturally we wish all those members who were unable to play this year, all good health and hope to see you back in 2021. There will be an Autumn Newsletter as usual towards the end of the month or early November and once the committee has discussed our forthcoming AGM arrangements; to see if we can safely hold one, I will inform you all accordingly. Sadly there are no Club Winter Social Events planned because of the Covid situation! Lets hope early 2021 will bring us some hope and expectation and we may be able to get together soon.
