The first of our 2023 very successful “Themed Club Night Events” was our Coronation Event with best Crown and “Get Up” nicely shown by here by Mike and Susan (Mike Best crown winner). Great evening with coronation Quiz fun and enjoyment!

The Second Theme Night, our “West Country Evening”, was unique in that the pasties eaten and enjoyed by all, (shown here by Neil, Colin, Sue and Sharon) actually came to us fresh from Cornwall. All home made, and feedback stated that these were the best Pasties ever!!! (Colin has makers details if required) Another great night after bowls with members enjoying themselves again, another Quiz on the night, oh and I nearly forgot the Cider flowed well 😃

Last week the third of our Themed Nights at our club with a bowling competition too! This was yes – you’ve guessed it – an Auzzie Themed Night with “Snaggers” (sausages and burgers on the Barbie) enjoyed by all, washed down of course by a “Tinney (can) of Fosters Lager.” Another quiz, members relaxing enjoying the warm June evening weather, some playing, some holding items in their hands other than “woods” but liquid of different kinds 😀. John Gardner with his hat and corks winning best hat !!!!

To All Club Members; if you missed any of these events, don’t worry we have another (details going out now) for Saturday Week: Bowling and or Relaxing and Cheese and Wine. Your Social committee has been working extremely hard for you all to enjoy socialising at our club so PLEASE show your support at Events coming up (you could be missing out).
