I hope by now you have all received your “AGM Pack” and details from Secretary Colin. It’s just under 3 weeks to go for the AGM on Thursday 23rd November 7 pm for 7-15 pm start at Lyndhurst Community Centre!

The AGM is very important for all members and basically I hope it lets you all know that your bowling club is being run properly. To have a good Committee is vital as these committee volunteers are acting to make your enjoyment of the Club important for you. Therefore voting will take place at the AGM and members need to endorse those persons nominated. As many of you know I will be stepping down as your President this year, after 7 years and would appreciate the opportunity to thank you all for your support! I hope as many as possible of you will be able to attend.

The Presentation also takes place at the AGM so please come and congratulate the 2023 Club Competition winners and the Club Member 2023.

Finally our Club Member of the Year voting is underway except after a week advertised I have only received 2, yes 2 votes! Come on members vote asap for your choice of that person who has gone the extra mile this year for our Club and Members! You can always vote in confidence via contactus@lyndhurstbowlingclub.org if you don’t have my contact details. You have until Sunday 19th November to place your vote please!
