Yes, sadly it is nearly that time of year when we say a final farewell to the outside bowling season.

Club night on Wednesday 25th September will be the last bowling opportunity at the Club this season, (watch out for a President’s surprise!). On Thursday 26th the ditch mats will be lifted to allow an intensive green maintenance to take place on the Friday 27th. This is in order to start the winter programme which will ensure the quality of the green for the 2025 season.

I hope you have enjoyed your bowling this season and will continue to do so next year.
