Thank you for the support that you as a club have given me today at the NFWBA coffee morning. It was lovely to see so many of you at the event and I am very grateful for the generosity of members to contribute to the raffle prizes. So many of the ladies from the other clubs commented upon the number of prizes for people to win. This resulted in the raffle alone raising £186 for the association. The final total was a whopping £700! 

The morning couldn’t have gone so well without the support from members including setting up, people running to and fro from the clubhouse, ensuring entrance fees were paid, running the all important tea and coffees, the raffle and those that behind the scenes quietly collected empty cups, washed up and ensured they were available for refills. 

This is the first event of my year as President of NFWBA and thank you for making it happen and to be such a success. All the best for the coming season.
