    Good evening George / Colin.

As per the AGM of 20 November 2024, I have in my diary the date for the AGM in 2025 as Wednesday 19 November 2025, at 19.30 hours.

I’m confused by your reminder relating to this years AGM when you state, “If you have any questions these should be sent to the Secretary or President in writing before 22nd November “.

Could you please confirm the date and time and venue for this year’s AGM.

I cannot find any email communication stating there has been a change to that given at last year’s AGM.

    Regards

    Mike

Hi Mike, The reason for changing the date of the AGM to Tuesday 25th November is due to not being able to book the Vernon Hall on a Wednesday evening. The cost of hiring the Community Centre Hall is high and is therefore not an option.

      Kind regards

      Colin

Just to let you know neither Steve nor I will be at the AGM. We won’t be renewing our membership.  I hope you have a good AGM.
