Team captains will make team selections based on players responses on the Spond app for each fixture.

Several days ahead of the fixture the captain will select the team. Those selected will be notified via the Spond app where the team will be published. The team will also be published on the website, click on the TEAM link next to each fixture to see the selection.

AWAY GAMES: Note that team will meet at the club at 5pm; please inform the captain if you will be making your own way to the match.
