Sunday 16th June Friendly Match at Home to Fordingbridge has been Cancelled!! 

This has been cancelled by Fordingbridge who are unable to field a Team. Sorry to all those of you (thank you) who put your names down to play. However we still have quite a number of other friendly matches to play this season with vacancies? So please get your names down on the notice board if you think you can play asap. These games are friendly in every way, sociable and it always gives you a chance to bring your own game along meet new members etc!

Wednesday 26th June Club Night 6pm will be providing our monthly food evening after the roll up ? Again names onto the board please. Club Nights are the heart of the Club and I would love to see more attending each week (appreciating the poor June weather)  especially when there is food being prepared. Non bowlers most welcome.

Reminder on Saturday 29th June we have our Big Summer BBQ as per the recent Blog Notice. Roll up 2-30pm or food from about 4-30pm BYOG, all welcome! Some names are up on the list but we would love to make this a very enjoyable afternoon and early evening for as many as possible of LBC members, friends and guests all very welcome.  Come along diaries out and names down onto the notice board please asap and pay £12 pp in advance of the date to Lindsay (Treasurer) or other committee members.

Saturday 6th July is our 2nd and Final “OPEN DAY” of this season. Volunteers needed to help out, an hour here or there appreciated, 10am-4pm. Importantly this is a golden chance for you, valued members to encourage any friends, family, colleagues or neighbours to come along or bring them along to our great club to “Have a Go” at the great game of Lawn Bowling?
