Dear Members

You are ALL invited (plus partners) to our ‘FREE Xmas Get Together” next Saturday 18^th December in the Pine Room at the Lyndhurst Community Centre. You are welcome at any time between 2pm-4pm and this is a chance to “pop in’ at a relaxed, informal, event and a good chance for us all to get together and catch up at Xmas! There will be Mulled Wine, Non Alcoholic Mulled Wine and Other Drinks Alternatives if required available? Joan and Marie have made, with their own fair hands, ALL the mince pies so this is definitely “Home Made.”

As stated all the drink sand mince pies are free from your club as a thank you to members for all your support in 2021! Furthermore all those attending will be able to take part on the day in a free draw, if you pull a winning ticket out there are good prizes (including champagne) to be had. (You must be at the event to partake in the draw of course)

Please, we would love as many of you to attend as possible in a good-sized very well-ventilated room, so no crowding at all. Supporting your club in this way helps all the preparation efforts and the hospitality well worth it. I appreciate this is a busy pre-Xmas Saturday, but there’s no time limits on staying, or why not combine it with a Lyndhurst Village “look around the shops and the Xmas Lights” or staying for the Village Carol Singing in the Main car park at 5pm? (Especially those members who do not live locally.) Once again your support to “Your Club” on this event would be really appreciated so thank you all in advance.

In the meantime on behalf of all the committee and myself, can I wish everybody and their families a Happy (safe) Christmas and please all enjoy yourselves at this festive time – you deserve it!!!
