Obviously Ladies and Gentlemen because of the current “Lockdown” we have had to cancel the AGM scheduled for 19/11/20.

Hopefully by now most of you will have received a detailed package of information which Colin, our secretary and I have put together for your reading. We are asking members to complete a “Postal Voting Form” and return it to Colin please in the current situation. This way we will have some response from members (high numbers we hope) to gauge your decisions. We do need to elect committee for 2021 and you will see the nominations. The form is “OPEN” for any volunteer to add their names (especially Ladies) to join us on the committee that would be great. We also asked you to vote on 4 subjects, Approve the 2019 AGM Minutes, Yearly Audited Accounts, Re-Election of Officers of the Management Committee and Re-Election of the Ladies Committee (although we are desperately short of Ladies due to retirements we have only one?)

We have re- arranged a Provisional new date for our AGM, on a Wednesday this time on 27th January 2021, which we hope will go ahead all being well. If we do go ahead then any postal votes will be carried over to that new meeting. Under our Constitution we do have to elect Committee each year and agree the audited accounts. I urge you all therefore to help us get through the difficult time with the CovidVirus and please Vote!
