In view of the current situation regarding the Corona Virus, the committee and the event organisers (Lotty and Malcolm) have decided to postpone the “Skittles Night,” scheduled for Friday 27th March 2020.

I”m sure you all will understand the need to be extra cautious at present and the sensible decision is to postpone and hopefully re-schedule, probably in the early Autumn. Please can I thank all those members and guests who put their names down to support this event, which was in the region of about 50 people. Here’s hoping when things have changed we can once again draw a big crowd next time and have an enjoyable evening. As it was “pay on the night” nobody owes anything and the caterers have been stood down by Malcolm with no costs to our club.

The “Working “Party” morning, is at 9am on Saturday 4th April, and WILL BE taking place, good numbers needed please to help us out. At the present time our Bowling Season (Green Opens) is due to start, at 2pm on Saturday 11th April, so hopefully we can all look forward to this great game and enjoy our “Outdoor Bowling.” Should any special precautionary advice be necessary when attending the club and bowling, your Committee and Captains will keep everybody posted and informed asap. Please keep an eye on these “Blogs” and on “Our Website for any changes”. Please could I also ask you to inform anybody (about the above messages) that you knew were attending Skittles, in case they don’t see the email, and inform all about the 4th April and 11th April.
