Please could I remind all members that the 2022 Membership is due and must be completed by the end of March at the latest! Please get your completed forms to Mike McCrossan asap and your cheque? If paying by BACS you’ll still need to send in your form, that is important. Some members have paid by BACS but failed to submit their forms? Could I please ask you all to check and forward the form straight away to Mike if this applies to you?

Our Green Opening is Saturday 9th April 2022 at 2pm (one week earlier this year) all the information is on The Spring News Information. You will be receiving this News Information by email in the next few days, which is replacing the old Spring Newsletter. Members will recall we used to print off in hard copy and deliver by hand or post out the Newsletters!

Talking of our Green please could I remind all members, especially newer members that in order to bowl on our green you will need to have approved bowling shoes, we do need to protect our green it is our most expensive asset. Please ask if you need any help or advice where to purchase bowling shoes. There are plenty of retail bowls websites who sell shoes so check them out.

Mens NFBA League News for the 2022 Season. Due to re organising the Leagues to include all Clubs wanting to enter leagues our Mens 2nd Team have been promoted up to Division 3! This is great news for our Club and our Men players who will now be playing a better standard of bowling. This seems very fair as our 2nd Team did well last season and actually were runners up in Division 4 but because of Covid, promotions and relegation were suspended.
