Some local Lyndhurst Traffic advice for tomorrow? SSE (electrics) have dug up 3 large holes on the main Brockenhurst/Lymington Road (just off Goose Green) during this week, as many of you may have seen! Unfortunately the road works are not finished and temporary traffic lights are in place? With it being a Saturday, the start of Easter school holidays, Lyndhurst could well be ”grid locked” tomorrow. Please leave yourself plenty of travel time if attending by car?

Protective Nets: Because of the early soft ground conditions in April and in order to protect our Green, protective nets are to be used for ALL BOWLING until further notice! (The nets are in the Bowls Equipment Store in a wooden box on the right side with plastic pegs)

Tuesday 12th April 1-30pm to 3 pm Apologies but Our Green will be closed only during these times. Our contractor will be carrying out “Air Injection” which is important for an early season treatment to help growth on the green. Thank you for understanding. (This does not affect the Mens Friendly Match at 4-30pm which will go ahead)
